CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure, rooms should be vacated by 10:30 a.m. to allow for cleaning and handover to new arrivals.
Since B&Bs are small family-run establishments, we do NOT have 24H reception service as in hotels, so please let us know your expected time of arrival here or by phone at least 24 hours before arrival itself.
If there are any changes in time, we kindly ask you to update us so that we can avoid the inconvenience of unnecessary waiting.

Wi-fi is available throughout the facility
This facility ensures cleanliness and disinfection of rooms and common areas according to WHO guidelines.
The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and bathroom, breakfast, the supply of towels and sheets, fans and the use of all bathroom accessories. Daily cleaning takes place between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.: however, the same will not be done if the room remains occupied during this period.
Breakfast is served in the garden or in your room upon request between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. according to your requests indicated on the menu. Please inform us of any known food intolerances and allergies. Meal preparation is always prohibited in the rooms.
For entering and leaving the facility, there are no timetables to be observed; guests may leave and re-enter at their leisure with their respective keys handed out.
Guests are not allowed, for reasons of Public Safety, to let other people inside the B&B at any time. - It is specified that all windows are equipped with shutters and blinds or curtains to darken the interior of the room; as well as mosquito nets that can be opened with the lanyard at the top or with the magnet closure.
It is possible to leave your luggage in storage.
Proper and civilized use of toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (use the appropriate bins).
Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets pillows, towels, toiletries, etc.
RULES
Smoking is prohibited inside the premises (you can only do so in the garden/terrace).
Silence is recommended during the canonical hours of 10:00 p.m.-8:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m. In any case, please maintain a behavior that at no time of the day and in no way harms the peace of others.
Each guest is required to make good any damage done to the B&B.
At the end of the stay, keys must be returned. In case of loss, damage will be charged.
Take care to turn off the rooms' lue, air conditioning and other systems when you are out.
No liability is accepted for loss or theft and of items belonging to you.
We are not liable for any disruption due to total or partial failure of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or Internet connection beyond our control.
